need to edit my photo?
When submitting your pictures do not
crop or edit them. Please leave them in
their original resolution.

JC-Penny, Sears or Walmart?
We cannot accept
professional photos without
a photo release. This
includes freelance
photographers, professional
photographers, and any
commercial photo studio.

Can
you fix my photo, make them
in black & white?
Yes, We can
turn color photos into black
and white images and we can
also turn a photo to black
and white with touches of
color.

Do you
offer samples?
Yes, we do offer samples. Our sample packets include a matte, metallic and flat card sample. There is a $2.00
charge, which is refundable upon the purchase of a birth announcement, party invitation, holiday card or thank you card order.

How
long before I get a Proof of
my Design?
Once your
order has been placed you
will be able to view your
proof within 24 hours. We
will email you your proof to
the email you listed on the
order form.
Please verify that all the
information is correct. Feel free to make changes.

Is
there a Return Policy?
Due to the custom nature of our business we can not
accept any returns. Product Disclaimer: While viewing your proof please
look for typos, incorrect information, coloring, etc. Once you have verified
your proof and you've paid for your order there cannot be any other changes made.
All of our products are customized to your specifications. If there is a change
that you would like after the finalization of this order, you will have to place
and pay for an additional order. This is to keep our prices low and competitive
and to ensure that we keep our customers 100% satisfied.

get envelopes?
All birth announcements, party

type of payment do you
accept?
We accept payments through PayPal. Payments are not made until you approve your proof.

Where
do I put my coupon/voucher
code?
Once you
choose your item(s) to and
fill out the order form, you
will be asked to enter any
voucher codes you may have.
We can only accept one
voucher code per order.

Do I
have to pay tax?
We are
located in the state of
South Carolina. We are
required by law to collect
sales tax of 6% for
orders that are shipped to
destinations within the
state of South Carolina.
Orders shipped outside of
South Carolina are exempt
from sales tax.

Our flat rate is now $12 and Rush delivery is $29
All orders over $150
receive free priority
shipping.
Flat rate priority shipping time is 2-3 days and Rush
shipping time is 1-2 days
